Installing Leisure Suit Larry 6: Shape Up or Slip Out! and running with or without the CD

This Guide will show you how to install and run your original CD version of Leisure Suit Larry 6: Shape Up or Slip Out! in Dosbox with or without the CD which will avoid skipping and audio related issues with dosbox. Guide Written by me (SierraMultimedia).

(Please note I am using the Leisure Suit Larry: Collection Series which contains Leisure Suit Larry 6: Shape Up or Slip Out! on the second disc.)

Edit: Since writing this guide, sierrahelp.com have released the Leisure Suit Larry 6 for DOSBox Installer (Works with either floppy or CD version.)

The Elvis-Larry Connection–Is He?

There is a rumor that the resemblance between Leisure Suit Larry and Elvis “the King” Presley is more then sheer coincidence! Elvis disappeared  in the late seventies although there have been numerous sightings reported since. Consider the evidence that they are really the same person. Larry appeared on the scene only a few years later.  Both Elvis and Larry wear white leisure suits. The name Larry and the name Elvis both have only five letters. Coincidence? We think not.
